Davis and Dann Limited is a company registered in England and Wales and is a family-owned business whose core operations involve supplying a comprehensive range of products to independent retailers across the UK and internationally.
Davis and Dann Limited is a subsidiary of Kanta Enterprises Limited, its ultimate parent company. The business operates from a single depot in West London, which is open five days a week, and holds a portfolio of over 5,000 products across key categories including Soft Drinks, Toiletries, and Household Goods.

The company operates under a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking, and is committed to ensuring that such practices are not present in any part of its business or supply chains.
Davis and Dann views its suppliers as valued partners and seeks to foster transparent and fair business relationships. As part of this ongoing commitment, the company works actively to:
•Identify and assess potential risk areas in its supply chains;
• Monitor those risk areas regularly;
• Take steps to mitigate and, where necessary, eliminate any risk of slavery or human trafficking;
• Ensure protection mechanisms are in place for whistle-blowers.
Steps Taken During the 2024–2025 Financial Year
During the year ending 30 April 2025, Davis and Dann Limited has taken the following actions to strengthen its anti-slavery framework:
I•Training: Continued to train employees involved in procurement and supply chain management on recognising and addressing risks related to modern slavery and human trafficking.
I•Contractual Compliance: Ensured that appropriate legal and contractual undertakings remain in place with third-party suppliers, requiring their compliance with applicable anti-slavery legislation.
I•Supplier Engagement: Maintained ongoing dialogue with suppliers to reinforce expectations around ethical sourcing and responsible labour practices.
